After the military conducted airstrikes against Hezbollah targets in southern Lebanon on Sunday, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu vowed “to do everything” to safeguard the security of citizens in northern Israel.
In a statement released by his office, Netanyahu stated, “We are determined to do everything to protect our country, return the residents of the north safely to their homes, and continue to follow a simple rule: whoever hurts us, we hurt them.”
