UN Security Council to meet Sunday on Iran attack: presidency

The president of the UN Security Council announced that an emergency meeting will be held on Sunday in response to Iran’s unprecedented attack on Israel using drones and missiles.

A representative for Malta, which is in charge of the rotating presidency this month, informed the media on Saturday night that Israel had requested that the Security Council hold the meeting at 4:00 pm (2000 GMT) the next day.
