A daylong workshop on the Importance of Financial Reporting was conducted by ACCA Bangladesh on 18 February 2018 at the Bangladesh Hi-Tech Park Authority (BHTPA), Janata Tower, Kawranbazar, Dhaka. The event was preceded by Ms. Hosne Ara Begum ndc, Managing Director of BHTPA.
Professionals from finance and accounting department of many IT firms participated in the workshop. Mr. MD. Ahsanul Bashar, Head of ACCA Bangladesh along with his senior colleagues and affiliate partners were also present in the event and the workshop was conducted by one of the ACCA members Mr. Yusha Al Khondker.
Financial Reporting is a vital learning requirement for organizations working with foreign clients and/or presence. BHTPA being a hub of outsourcing domain, can benefit immensely from such courses that are being offered by ACCA. Participants from relevant background found it interesting for a professional breakthrough in their career.
“Understanding the importance of financial dealings and reporting can bring a vital difference in company operations,” said Ms. Hosne Ara Begum. The workshop continued for a day followed by some quizzes and question-answer session.
