Don Sumdany Facilitation and Consultancy launched the very first ‘Unleash Your True Potential’ Workshop on July 28 of 2017. This one day power packed training is designed to improve the participant’s leadership qualities and help them gain massive success in their personal and professional lives.
The pilot training received an overwhelming number of responses and due to the limitations of the seats being only twenty per session a second session was held on August 4. This workshop rapidly gained popularity and the third workshop was held on August 25.
The positive feedbacks and never-ending phone calls and emails led to the establishment of this workshop as a monthly ordeal and it is stretching out to a location outside of Dhaka for the first time this December. Registrations for the November session in Dhaka and December session in Chittagong has already begun and is looking spectacular so far.
The workshop emphasizes the areas that are holding one back from achieving massive success in his/her personal and professional lives with the aid of psychometric testing which helps detect one’s strengths and weaknesses. The next step is the customization of the participant’s career goals in correlation to their defined traits of personality. The resulting outcome teaches one to be more result driven, action-oriented and proactive in their lives.
This eight-hour intense training involves a series of in-depth lectures, powerpoint presentations, interactive and thought-provoking games that help guide the attendees to fight through their inner conflict and assists in discovering their natural aptitudes. No matter what status of employment, everyone is welcome to this workshop to learn how to better their selves.
Overall it is ‘a life-changing experience’ as termed by many participants that helps one come in close proximity to his/her inner strengths so they can better their lives.
