Tomorrow, the United States of America (USA) ’11th Bangladesh-US Bilateral Military Dialogue’ will take place on Hawaii Island for two days.
According to an Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) statement this evening, a delegation from Bangladesh would take part in the discussion under the direction of Brig Gen Md Alimul Amin, Director General of the Armed Forces Division (operations and plans).
The statement added that the dialogue would cover a variety of topics pertaining to military cooperation between the two nations, such as joint exercises and drills, training, disaster management, peacekeeping operations, technology, defence equipment, global and regional security, and workshops.
Apart from the Army, Navy and Air Force, the delegation members in the dialogue include the high-ranking officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Bangladesh Coast Guard.
