Govt approves export of 3,000 MTs of hilsa to India for Durga Puja

In honor of the impending Durga Puja, the Bangladeshi government has authorized the sale of 3,000 metric tons of succulent Hilsa fish to India, the commerce ministry announced in a statement today.

It stated that in order to get export permits by 12 p.m. on September 24, interested applicants should get in touch with the appropriate wing of the ministry (Deputy Secretary, Export Wing-2, Room No-127, Building-3, Ministry of Commerce).

The statement added that individuals who have already applied before the ministry to this goal are not need to apply again and that no new applications would be processed after the aforementioned date.
