After taking a lot of heat for his performance in their previous debate last month, Joe Biden promised on Monday to face Donald Trump again in September.
In an interview with NBC, the US president declared, “I’m going to debate him when we agreed to debate… in September,” and he added that he doesn’t “plan on having another performance on that level.”
