Arrests during a fifth night of rioting in France over the police shooting of a teenager have grown to 719, according to the interior ministry on Sunday.
The ministry had earlier offered a preliminary total of 486 arrests, claiming violence appeared to be decreasing compared to the previous night, when over 1,300 individuals were brought into prison.
