In preparation for the regional ASEAN conference and the G20 meeting in Indonesia the following week, US Vice President Joe Biden arrived in Phnom Penh on Saturday.
Biden was scheduled to meet separately with the leaders of Cambodia, Japan, and South Korea while in ASEAN after departing from Egypt for the COP27 climate conference.
