National strategies can help integrate palliative care into the broader healthcare system, ensuring that healthcare professionals, caregivers, and communities are adequately trained and supported.

Clear guidelines will provide a structured approach to service delivery, ensuring consistency and standardization in palliative care practices. Without these foundational elements, it is impossible to establish a sustainable and supportive environment for patients, families, and healthcare providers. Therefore, urgent action is needed to create an inclusive and well-regulated palliative care ecosystem that upholds dignity and compassionate care for all.
