Authorities said that 16 persons were confirmed deceased in the fires that swept through Los Angeles on Saturday.
A list of deaths was released by the County of Los Angeles Medical Examiner, but no identities were provided. According to the paper, 11 of the deceased were discovered in the Eaton Fire Zone and five in the Palisades Fire Zone.
