To safeguard the public’s health, the government has prohibited the importation of electronic nicotine delivery devices, such as e-cigarettes.
The ministry of commerce released a notification today in order to achieve this.
According to the notification, the prohibition is effective immediately.
This decision comes after the government acted over a month ago to limit the import of any goods related to e-cigarettes in order to safeguard the public’s health and the next generation from their detrimental consequences.
