Election Commission asks for NID correction by January 2

Since the draft voter list will be released on January 2, the Election Commission (EC) has asked everyone involved to update any inaccurate information on their National Identity Card (NID).

In a press release issued today and signed by Shariful Alam, director (Public Relations) of the Election Commission Secretariat, the EC stated that everyone is urged to contact the relevant upazila or thana election offices on an urgent basis for corrections by January 2.
