The 34th Gotham Awards in New York City will honour Hollywood icon Angelina Jolie with the Performer Tribute.
The Gotham Film & Media Institute, which hosts the annual award ceremony, announced in a statement that the Oscar-winning actor will receive recognition for her performance in Pablo Larain’s “Maria,” which is about the well-known American-born Greek opera singer Maria Callas.
The ceremony will take place at Cipriani Wall Street in New York City on December 2.
