235 individuals have been arrested in Pakistan after a Sri Lankan man was beaten and burned to death for blasphemy. Approximately 900 people have been charged as a result of the event on Friday.
On Saturday, they were apprehended during a raid in the Punjabi city of Sialkot. Efforts are also being made to apprehend the remaining suspects. The body was transported from Punjab to Lahore under strict security.

A Sri Lankan national working in Pakistan was accused on Friday of tearing up a poster featuring Quran passages. Workers from the sporting goods industry attacked him at the moment. The man’s body was lit on fire at one point during the beating.
