Due to the continuous lockdown in Corona, the Federation of Television Professionals Organization (FTPO) has stated that all small-screen productions would be halted.
Until August 5, all shootings will be prohibited. According to Shahiduzzaman Selim, head of the Actors’ Association, the decision to shoot may be made as a matter of urgency after watching the circumstances.
Meanwhile, FTPO President Mamunur Rashid said that during the last lockdown, the FTPO authorities opted to continue shooting activities in cooperation with the relevant government ministry so as not to disrupt the building of the Eid program.
However, now that the Eid construction is complete, no more shooting can be done, according to Mamunur Rashid.
