Another 6 lakh vaccines made by Sinofarma, a gift from China, have arrived in Dhaka.
The vaccine arrived in Dhaka on Sunday (June 13) after 5 pm on two Air Force planes. Earlier on Saturday (June 12), two planes were sent to China for vaccination.
It is to be noted that China gifted 5 lakh doses of Sinopharma vaccine to Bangladesh. Bangladesh also approved using the two vaccines for emergency use after the World Health Organization approved the vaccines SinoPharma and SinoVAC.
Earlier on Saturday (June 12), two planes were sent to China to bring the vaccine to Bangladesh.
It may be mentioned that China also gave five lakh vaccines as a gift to Bangladesh in May.
