‘I am the father of coronavirus vaccine’- Trump

Former United States President Donald Trump has criticized his successor, Joe Biden, for failing to acknowledge his achievements, including the rapid discovery of the Covid 19 vaccine in a congressional speech.

“We created the vaccine,” Donald Trump said in an interview with Fox News presenter Maria Barritromo on Thursday (April 29). Vaccines have saved billions of people around the world. If I weren’t president, I wouldn’t have been vaccinated for five years, at least three to five years. I’ve been doing this for nine months. It has only been possible for me.

At one point in the interview, the former US president praised the availability of vaccines in the United States as “the father of vaccines” and said he had been asked to attend a public service announcement to raise awareness about vaccinations.

“Look, I think I’m the father of the Coronavirus vaccine Because I was busy with it. In nine months it was found to be a miracle,” he said.
