‘Times They Are A-Changin” lyrics by Bob Dylan for sale

Handwritten lyrics of “The Times They Are A-Changin’” a song by Bob Dylan from his 1960s classic are rising purchasable with a $2.2 million selling price. Which can become a mark of a world record for rock lyrics.

Gary Zimet, The owner of Los Angeles-based autograph dealers Moments in Time, stated on Sunday the one-page paper of lyrics, written during a notebook and with changes and scribbles, was owned by Dylan’s current manager, Jeff Rosen, and was now being sold by an anonymous collector.

“It’s not an auction. It’s a private sale. First come, first served,” Zimet said.

Dylan’s handwritten lyrics to “Like a Rolling Stone” fetched a world-record $2 million once they were sold at auction by Sotheby’s in ny in 2014.

“The Times They Are A-Changin’”, released on his 1964 album of an equivalent name, is considered one among the leading iconic protest songs of the 60s.

Zimet declared he was also selling the lyrics of two other Dylan songs. One is his Track from 1965 titled “Subterranean Homesick Blues” for $1.2 million, and 1969 ballad “Lay Lady Lay” for $650,000.
