Asia and the Pacific are being transformed before our eyes. It shares in World GDP increasing. This robust group is helping to reduce the poverty in the region. Yet many people are poor and still, there is inequality is a growing concern.
Building on 50 years of strong development partnerships, ADB will sustain its efforts to eradicate extreme poverty and continue to work for an Asia and the Pacific that is prosperous, inclusive, resilient, and sustainable.
