ICSB inaugurates 57th batch of chartered secretary course

On Saturday, the Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Bangladesh (ICSB) hosted an orientation program for the 57th batch of students enrolled in the Dhaka campus of the Chartered Secretary (CS) course.

A press statement stated that a sizable number of students attended the Inauguration Session.
The presentation was moderated by Md. Shamibur Rahman FCS, Secretary in Charge.

He began by welcoming the newly admitted students to the new chapter of their lives, and then detailed how this professional qualification would be  instrumental in their career advancement. 

Md. Rafiqul Islam FCS, Senior Vice President and Chairman of the ICSB Education Committee, praised them and stated that the program represents the start of a new adventure during the Welcome Remark.

He gave them an overview of the course and how classes are run, emphasized the opportunities for a career as a chartered secretary, and promised ongoing cooperation.

He welcomed all incoming ICSB students with open arms.

Mohammad Shafiqul Islam Bhuiyan FCS, Council Member and Chairman of All new applicants were welcomed by the ICSB Examination Committee, which also stressed the importance of this sector on a national and worldwide level. He also gave a quick explanation of the examination procedure.

ICSB President Hossain Sadat FCS welcomed the incoming students to the 57th Batch of Chartered Secretary (CS) Course.

He exhorted the pupils to pursue professional ideals and academic success.

He emphasized that chartered secretaries work on a variety of professional fronts and make a substantial contribution to the development of the field as well as the expansion of the national economy.

He briefly discussed the prospect of the Chartered Secretary (CS) profession. 

Md. Sharif Hasan FCS, Vice President; Md. Mizanur Rahman FCS, Treasurer; Mohammad Shahajahan FCS, Council Member; M Mazedul Islam FCS, Council Member were present and discussed in the Orientation Programme.

In the concluding note, Mohammad Abdullah Al Mamun FCS, Council Member of ICSB, accented the demanding nature of the Chartered Secretary qualification and thanked everyone for choosing the profession. 

He encouraged them to become the brand ambassadors of ICSB.
