The massive British pharmaceutical company AstraZeneca announced on Thursday that, as it grows its business in the US, its net profit increased by 77% in the third quarter.
According to a statement from AstraZeneca, profit after tax increased from $1.43 billion a year earlier to $2.53 billion in the three months ending in September.
