Over 200 Taliban and allied terrorists on the Afghan side, along with 23 of Pakistan’s troops, were slain in border fighting overnight, the military said on Sunday.

“Taliban camps and posts (and) terrorist training facilities were targeted by precision fire and strikes in addition to physical raids,” the military said in a statement.

It claimed that “more than…200 Taliban and affiliated terrorists have been neutralized” and that 23 of its own soldiers had died and 29 had been injured.
