Iran executes man convicted of spying for Israel: judiciary

A guy convicted of espionage for Israel by providing information about a nuclear scientist slain during the 12-day conflict with Israel in June was put to death by Iranian authorities on Wednesday.

“Roozbeh Vadi… was executed following judicial proceedings and confirmation of his sentence by the Supreme Court,” judiciary’s Mizan Online website said, adding that the convict had leaked information about a “nuclear scientist who was assassinated during the Zionist regime’s recent aggression.”
