The Israeli military announced Sunday that its air force conducted strikes on “more than 80” positions within Iran’s capital, Tehran. This marks the third consecutive day of intensified direct confrontation between the long-standing adversaries.
In a statement, the military confirmed that the strikes were carried out “throughout the night.” Targeted objectives reportedly included “the headquarters of the Iranian Ministry of Defense, the headquarters of the nuclear project (SPND), and additional targets where the Iranian regime hid the nuclear archive.”
