This morning, immigration police at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport (HSIA) apprehended popular actress Nusrat Faria while she was attempting to depart for Thailand.
Police sources confirmed her detention at the airport’s immigration checkpoint, after which she was taken into the custody of the Detective Branch (DB) of police.
Md Mazharul Islam, Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Bhatara Police Station, informed BSS that Ms. Faria is an accused in an attempted murder case connected to the July unrest, which was filed with Bhatara Police Station on May 3rd.
