Saudi company to invest $20 bn in AI in US: White House

As the oil-rich monarchy looks to take the lead in the technology, the White House announced Tuesday that a Saudi corporation will invest $20 billion in artificial intelligence-related sites in the United States.

The White House announced in a statement during President Donald Trump’s state visit to Riyadh that Saudi company DataVolt “is moving forward with plans to invest $20 billion in AI data centers and energy infrastructure in the United States.”
