Following Washington’s imposition of 10% tariffs on Chinese goods, China announced on Tuesday that it will apply 15% tariffs to U.S. coal and liquefied natural gas shipments.
According to Beijing’s commerce ministry, “a 15 percent tariff will be imposed on coal and liquefied natural gas (LNG),” and the restrictions will take effect on Monday.
