Floods killed more than 3,800 in Libya’s Derna!

A spokesman for the interior ministry of the administration located in the east of the nation announced Wednesday that the disastrous floods that struck the Libyan coastal city of Derna claimed the lives of more than 3,800 people.

According to Lieutenant Tarek al-Kharraz, 3,190 of the 3,840 total deaths in the Mediterranean city have already been buried.
At least 400 of them were foreigners, largely from Egypt and Sudan.
