Elon Musk has initiated a significant rebranding of the social media behemoth by changing the blue bird emblem of Twitter to a white X. According to Musk, tweets will now be known as “x’s.”
As part of a broader rebranding that CEO Elon Musk announced on Sunday, social media behemoth Twitter underwent a makeover Monday morning. The blue bird in the previous logo has been replaced with an X in the new design.

Before acquiring Twitter in a tumultuous takeover in October 2022 for $44 billion (€39.7 billion), Musk had stated that the purchase was a component of accelerating his goal to develop a “everything app” he dubbed “X.”
Musk dubbed the parent business X Corporation after purchasing Twitter. Space Exploration Technologies Corp., better known as SpaceX, is the rocket development business owned by the billionaire. In 1999, Musk established X.com, a firm that later became PayPal.
According to Musk, tweets will now be referred to as “x’s,” in response to a question posted on Sunday about the terminology for tweets under “X.”
