This morning, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina attended the opening session of the 3rd Qatar Economic Forum in Doha.
From May 23 to 25, the forum will be held at the Fairmont and Raffles Hotels in Lusail City.
Sheikh Hasina came in Doha on Monday at the invitation of Qatar Emir Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani to attend the meeting.
The major goal of the conference is to find a solution by enhancing mutual collaboration among the international community to deal with the multifaceted issues and crises that are occurring around the world, as well as the negative economic effects that result from them.
Later that day, she will deliver a speech to Qatar University students in Doha, as well as meet separately with Qatar Prime Minister Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani, Rwandan President Paul Kagame, Qatar’s Minister of State for Energy Affairs Saad bin Sherida Al Kaabi, and Saudi Minister of Investment Khalid A. Al-Falih.
The Qatar Economic Forum Gala Dinner will also be attended by the Prime Minister.
