God of War Ragnarok will receive a New Game Plus feature in the spring of 2023, according to Sony Santa Monica.
“We know many of you have been asking, so we’re happy to confirm that New Game Plus will be coming to #GodofWarRagnarok in Spring 2023,” Sony Santa Monica’s official Twitter account revealed. “We’ll share more details once we get closer to the release!”
God of War (2018) added a New Game Plus mode after the game’s initial few months on the market. Players can transfer their talents and equipment there. Along with crafting new sets of armor for Kratos and Atreus, players can also enchant talismans. In New Game Plus mode, Valkyries’ attack patterns were changed, and Timed Realm Tears were added.
Although details of God of War Ragnarok’s New Game Plus mode have not yet been released, it is anticipated to adhere to the same set of guidelines as the original game, including the transfer of equipment and changing Berserkers’ attack patterns to match Valkyries.
