A security guard has reportedly filed a lawsuit against Nicki Minaj and her husband Kenneth Petty, accusing them of assaulting him.
The chief of security at the Bang Bang rapper’s March 2019 event, Thomas Weidenmuller, has filed charges of bodily assault.
According to TMZ, Weidenmuller accused Petty of punching him, resulting in costly medical costs. He further alleged that the Tusa rapper insulted him by putting on a performance for him.
Weidenmuller claimed Minaj became enraged as female security personnel allowed a male fan onto the platform during her performance.
He said that the Anaconda hitmaker verbally attacked the guard, causing her to cry.
“Who do you think you are?” Minaj allegedly yelled at Weidenmuller when he tried to enter.
She tossed her shoe at him, but it went wide of the mark. She then summoned him to her dressing room, where Petty struck him and fractured his jaw.
Jennifer Hough filed a $500,000 lawsuit against them last summer for harassing her, and this is the couple’s second legal battle in recent months.
