Shah Rukh Khan’s organization will deliver the necessary materials to the afflicted people all over Bengal through the ‘KKR Sahayata Bihan’ campaign. Various initiatives have also been taken through KKR Plant. The team is led by Juhi Chawla Mehta, another Bollywood star, Shah Rukh’s friend and business partner, one of the owners of KKR. Thousands of trees have been uprooted in Kolkata due to the cyclone. Therefore, 5,000 trees will be planted in Kolkata through the ‘KKR Plant’ campaign.
