Kohli wished for Eid to the people of Bangladesh

After a long month of fasting, the holy Eid-ul-Fitr will be celebrated in Bangladesh in a few days. Eid-ul-Fitr is one of the two major religious festivals of the followers of Islam. Indian cricketer Virat Kohli wished for Eid to the people of Bangladesh.

But the whole world is terrified now because of the coronavirus. Therefore, Muslims will not be able to celebrate Eid-ul-Fitr like themselves. However, despite the bad situation, Indian cricket team captain Virat Kohli wished Eid Mubarak to the people of Bangladesh.

Last Monday (18 May) Kohli appeared on the live show of Bangladesh ODI captain Tamim Iqbal. In the 26-minute live session, Tamim Iqbal asked Kohli many questions from fellow cricketers and fans from Bangladesh. In this lively chat, Kohli shared lots of untold memories of his career.

Before closing the session Kohli said, “Eid Mubarak to everyone, Spend time with your family during Eid. I hope everyone celebrates Eid with a smile on their face during this difficult time. Celebrate the joy of Eid from home. Now time is much different. Everyone in the world is dealing with the same situation. But this is the prayer that the situation will return to normal soon.
