The pop star Sia has hit pause on a paparazzi photographer attempting to sell photos in which she is nude… by releasing them herself.
Someone is apparently trying to sell naked photos of me to my fans. Save your money, here it is for free. Everyday is Christmas! pic.twitter.com/aeQlnTwLuy — sia (@Sia) November 7, 2017

The culturally ubiquitous singer-songwriter tweeted an image depicting her nude behind, which appeared to have been photographed with a long lens while she was on holiday. A caption on behalf of the original photographer also states that they are willing to sell 14 additional images to the highest bidder. It is currently unknown if the source of the images are the paparazzi agency FameFlyNet, whose watermark is visible on the images.

Everyday is Christmas is also the title of Sia’s forthcoming Christmas album, meaning she didn’t just scupper the finances of a voyeuristic photographer, but also managed to plug her latest CD. The singer is known for being fiercely protective of her own privacy, rarely appearing at events without a wig covering her face.
