Leading global technology and smartphone giant Huawei has opened five service centers which are located in Sylhet, Gazipur, Dhaka, Bogra, and Khulna. With the opening of these five centers, Huawei has taken another step in extending its top-notch aftersales services to its customers across Bangladesh.
Two service centers were inaugurated in Khulna and Bogra on November16, Gazipur and Sylhet on November 22, and one service center was inaugurated on November 23 in the capital’s Paltan. Ingmar Wang, Director of Device Business, Huawei Technologies (Bangladesh) Ltd., was present at the inauguration ceremony at Paltan, Dhaka.
About the inauguration of the new service centers, Ingmar Wang said, “We are happy to announce our new service centers in new locations. Huawei has quickly won the trust of Bangladeshi people with its high-quality smartphones and aftersales services. These service centers will help us cater to the growing number of customers owning Huawei devices. We will open more service centers across the country very soon to keep our commitment to the Bangladeshi market.”
The newly-opened service centers are located at Baitul View Tower at Old Paltan in Dhaka; Bhawal Point Shopping Complex in Gazipur; R.B Complex, East Zindabazar in Sylhet; KDA Avenue, Sheikhpara Tetultala More in Khulna and AL-Amin Complex in Bogra.
The service centers will offer free service for products with warranty, but customers will also get service for out-warranty products at an affordable cost.
With the launch of these new service centers, Huawei now has six service centers and 52 collection points across the country. In addition, Huawei will launch another eight service centers across the country within December 15.
To serve its customer more effectively, Huawei has also opened a hotline, 09610 777 777, for its customers. The hotline is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
