ICT solution provider and smartphone manufacturer Huawei has launched its first customer service center in Narayanganj, Bangladesh.
Ziauddin Chowdhury, Deputy Country Director, Huawei Consumer Business Group (Bangladesh) was present at the launching ceremony as the Chief Guest.
At the launching ceremony, Ziauddin Chowdhury, Deputy Country Director, Huawei Consumer Business Group (Bangladesh) said, “We are very happy to open this new service center for the convenience of our customers. Huawei has quickly won the trust of Bangladeshi consumers through selling powerful smartphones and providing smooth after-sales-services. These service centers will help Huawei ensuring necessary and instant services to our rapidly increasing customer base.”
This newly opened Huawei customer service center is located at Fazar Ali Trade Center, 2nd floor, 78 Bangabandhu Road, Narayanganj Sadar, Narayanganj-1400. The customer service center will be supervised by Grameen Telecom.
At the service center, customers will be able to avail all kinds of hardware repair services by expert engineers and can update software to latest version. There are warranty extensions (for 2nd year) for selected models and customers can also know about Huawei product queries. Services will be available from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Including this new customer service center, Huawei has 16 customer service centers and 66 collection points across the country at present.
