Today, the Bangladesh Blind Cricket Team was recognised by Chief Advisor Professor Muhammad Yunus for finishing second in the T20 Blind Cricket World Cup, which took place in Pakistan from November 21 to December 3.
The entire country is pleased of their accomplishment, the Chief Adviser remarked in a congratulatory letter.
In Multan on Tuesday, Bangladesh lost by 10 wickets to host Pakistan. The tournament’s fourth edition, which took place in Lahore and Multan, had participation from six nations: Pakistan, Bangladesh, South Africa, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and Afghanistan.
Bangladesh finished second in the last competition, which was hosted in India in 2022.
