Rajshahi Krishi Unnayan Bank (RAKUB) has recently signed an agreement with Grameenphone to receive secured internet service ‘Smart Connect’ offered through Machine to Machine (M2M) solution to make their banking services more up-to-date, easier and digitized. The agreement was signed at the bank’s head office by top officials from both companies.
Under the agreement, Grameenphone will provide secured ‘Virtual Private Network’ (VPN) services at 373 RAKUB branches, including the bank’s head office, with an ambition to offer advanced and customer-friendly banking services. ‘Smart Connect’ technology will ensure digital banking services across the North-Western region of the country.
Grameenphone’s Chief Business Officer Kazi Mahboob Hassan said, “Grameenphone is working tirelessly to ensure access to digital services all across Bangladesh through connectivity.
