Grameenphone signed a partnership with Huawei Bangladesh

To provide convenient services to customers and unlocking further possibilities of digital services during coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, Grameenphone has recently signed a partnership with Huawei Bangladesh. The partnership will ensure that customers will receive Grameenphone services from Huawei stores across Bangladesh to stay connected to what matters most.

This partnership will enable customers to receive critical GP services right at their doorsteps from selected Huawei Stores. Through this partnership, Grameenphone also intends to provide additional benefits for the store visitors while ensuring service quality.

The five Grameenphone services (SIM activation & replacement, recharge, packs & billpay) will be available in ‘Huawei experience stores’ in the following area: Mirpur 2, Tokyo Square, Cantonment in Dhaka, Kajir Dewri in Chattogram, Fatema Center in Barisal Sadar, Lutfunnesa Market in Dinajpur, Upasahar in Sylhet and Gosh road in Mymensingh.

Mentioned five services are critical for customers as these will help them stay connected seamlessly, and the services are available at their convenient proximity. This collaboration will also fulfill Grameenphone’s vision of empowering society by making services easily accessible and unfold the possibilities of Digital Bangladesh.
