The World Heritage Site (World Heritage Site) Sundarbans, Bangabandhu Safari Park, Lauachhara National Park and all national parks and eco-tourism are being reopened on Sunday (November 1) after a seven-month shutdown due to global corona conditions.

Domestic and foreign tourists can enter these tourist centers including Sundarbans with the fee fixed by the forest department. Chief Conservator of Forests (CCF) said. Amir Hossain Chowdhury has confirmed this information.

According to the Forest Department, the Ministry of Forests and Environment on March 19 imposed a ban on tourism or eco-tourism in all the national parks of the Forest Department, including the World Heritage Site Sundarbans, Bangabandhu Safari Park and Lauyachhara National Park, to prevent the spread of coronavirus across the country.

The directive said the ban would remain in place at these tourist centers, including the entire Sundarbans, until further notice. As the situation in Corona is now normal in the country, all kinds of bans have been lifted from all the national parks and tourist centers of the forest department including Sundarbans, Bangabandhu Safari Park, Lauyachhara National Park in the meeting of the forest department on October 28.
