Trump dismisses concern over virus spreading in White House

President of the United States Donald Trump rejected anxieties over the potential spread of coronavirus in the White House. He said he may restrict his contact with Vice President Mike Pence.

Trump said it while talking with reporters in the White House Rose Garden, implied that Pence was in self-quarantine following his press secretary tested COVID-19 positive.

Katie Miller, the spokeswoman for Pence, who heads the White House’s COVID-19 task force, examined positive for coronavirus last week along with a personal attendant to POTUS Trump.

Three individual members of the task force have since gone for quarantine. One of them is Infectious disease expert Anthony Fauci. Another person is Robert Redfield, director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the third person is Stephen Hahn, head of the Food and Drug Administration.

A Pence spokesperson rejected over the weekend that the Pence was also in quarantine but POTUS Trump hinted he was when asked on Monday whether he had thought to limit his contact with him.
