MetLife Bangladesh bagged the Bangladesh Best Employer Brand Awards 2018 in Insurance Sector during the 13th Employer Branding Awards. Mr.Tauhidul Alam, Director & Head of HR of MetLife Bangladesh received the award on behalf of the organization. Employer Branding Institute, World HRD Congress and Stars of the Industry Group host the annual Bangladesh Best Employer Brand Awards.
This year’s award giving ceremony was held in Radisson Blu Dhaka. Employer Branding Institute celebrates the Best Employer Brand Award in several geographic regions as a build-up to the Global Employer Band. The Bangladesh Best Employer Brand Awards’ effort draw reference from the organization research related to any organization that is the most preferred and looked up to as an organization of choice. MetLife Bangladesh achieved the award for its effective role in attracting, retaining and developing talented human resources.
