Nissan announced total U.S. sales for July 2018 of 108,792 units

In the U.S., Nissan Group announced total U.S. sales for July 2018 of 108,792 units, a decrease of 15 percent compared to the previous year. Nissan highlights include: Murano crossover sales rose 4 percent in July to 6,549, and sales of the Pathfinder SUV increased 5 percent to 5,303. With 1,609 deliveries last month, the all-new 2019 INFINITI QX50 luxury crossover, powered by the world’s first variable compression engine, was up 35%, its best July ever. In total, INFINITI reported deliveries of 9,747 vehicles in the U.S. during July, down 10%.
In Canada, Nissan Group announced total Canadian sales of 12,717 units in July 2018, a decrease of 0.6%. The INFINITI Division saw record sales for the month of July with 1,124 units sold, an increase of 14.6% over 2017. The Nissan Division sold 11,593 units in July, a decrease of 1.8%.
Nissan China’s sales for the month increased by 2.0% year-on-year to 106,859 vehicles, while sales within its passenger vehicle businesses – including Dongfeng Nissan and Dongfeng Venucia – grew by 4.2% to 88,260 vehicles.
