‘Rajasthani Food Festival’ to be held at Le Méridien Dhaka

Le Méridien Dhaka is offering authentic foods from the land of Maharaja’s – Rajasthan, starting from June 28, 2018 at Latest Recipe restaurant on 15th floor.

The festival menu has been crafted and prepared by Chef Kapil Dutt Sain and Geetam Singh who are coming from Le Méridien Jaipur and they will be preparing the recipes with exclusive Rajasthani ingredients. The festival will run till July 7, 2018.

There will be a series of delicious foods like laal maans, jungle maans, daal baati churma, balushahi, bundiya laddu and jalebi. Foods will be showcased on different live stations. Latest Recipe restaurant will be themed with Rajasthani decor and live music. The buffet for ‘Rajasthani Food Festival’ at Le Méridien Dhaka is priced BDT 3,900++ per person from 6:30 pm to 11:30 pm.

“Rajasthani dishes portray the rich cuisines, as well as the heritage of the royal state and the festival, will create a great opportunity for city dwellers to get a taste of original Rajasthani food cooked in a traditional way.” Said Anwar Hossain, Director of Sales & Marketing.

Le Méridien Dhaka has already become a popular destination for the urban crowd of Dhaka for its variety of cultural celebrations. The ‘Rajasthani Food Festival’ adds another feather to the cross-cultural festivity of Le Méridien Dhaka.
