Austen Douglas Reid joins Le Méridien Dhaka as Executive Chef

To enhance the Dhaka city’s authentic food experience, Le Méridien Dhaka has recently appointed its new Executive Chef Austen Douglas Reid. This culinary genius hails from Great Britain and has a very impressive resume when it comes to experience in the hospitality industry for the past 25 years and has a reputation to be a master in his craft.

Before joining Le Méridien Dhaka, Chef Austen worked all over the globe. Some of his experiences include Hilton Dead Sea Resort & Spa, Intercontinental Lagos, Nigeria, The Regency Hotel, Kuwait, Intercontinental Muscat, Oman, Peter Island Resort, The world famous Burj Al Arab Hotel in Dubaï, UAE, One Devonshire Gardens (Michelin restaurant), and The leading Westin Turnberry Resort in Scotland, UK.
