Peugeot Pars owns a significant share of IKCO cars in Iraq’s market and Iraqi customers know this car well and are willing to buy IKCO automatic sedans. Based on this, IKCO has put sending out automatic Pars sedans to Iraq on its agenda.

However, after exporting the CBUs, the production of this car is planned to be ignited at IKCO site in Iskandariya in close future.

It is also expected that Peugeot Pars grasp a large share of Iraqi market’s automatic sedans, due to the recognition of the Iraqi people from the car and its desirable performance. Currently, about 20,000 sets of Peugeot Pars sedans are driven in this country’s streets.

In the meantime, OPCO (IKCO’s custom car company) will provide IKCO customers in Iraq with desired optional extras like multimedia, alloy wheels and the like.

It is worth mentioning that Iraq has been the main importer of automatic Peugeot 207 hatchbacks and given the customers’ demand for automatic cars, the market share of IKCO automatic cars has accelerated.
