Pathao introduces ‘Pathao Parcels’ for delivering goods within safety

One of the ride-sharing platforms in Bangladesh, Pathao has broadened up its delivery service for all people who face difficulties in terms of delivering things. To value the time and convenience of its customers, Pathao has brought ‘Pathao Parcels’ for delivering goods within safety. Pathao promises to deliver goods anywhere within the city of Dhaka in three hours.

This immaculate on-demand delivery solution can now be accessed from Pathao app. To access Pathao Parcels, one just need to tap the top vertical of the App screen and select ‘Pathao Parcels’, specify the pickup and drop off locations for the delivery, fill in details about the receiver, the person he is sending his items to, specify the type of product he is delivering from a set of given categories, after reviewing all the information, he can send a delivery request, the nearest Pathao rider will arrive at his doorstep to pick his product and deliver it to the receiver within 3 hours. The package should weigh no more than 2 kg and the parcel dimensions should be no more than 12 inch x 12 inch x 12 inch. Pathao Parcels will be available from 9 AM to 7 PM, every day except government holidays.

However, safety is a two-way street. To ensure the items accountability and safety, the sender is requested always to check the details of the rider who has accepted the delivery request, and cross check with the deliverer personally, at the moment of handing the items over.
