MetLife and FDL signs MoU in Dhaka

MetLife and Fair Distribution Ltd (FDL) has recently signed an agreement at the MetLife Building, Motijheel, Dhaka. This partnership entails MetLife to source Samsung Tabs from FDL to be used by the field force of MetLife as a digital sales tool.

MetLife Bangladesh has always been committed to providing the best quality services to its customers through the use of the best practices around the world. It has been playing a pioneering role in digitalization and innovation in the local insurance industry. MetLife’s paperless digital sales tool Prajapati launched in early 2017 is one such initiative that serves the customers through its tab-based sales tool, for which, it procures Samsung Tabs.

Akhlaqur Rahman, COO of MetLife (second left) signed the agreement with Mohammad Mesbah Uddin, CMO of FDL (third from left). Among others present were- Jafar Sadeque Chowdhury, CDO of MetLife (left, sitting) and Kazi Nasir Uddin, CFO, FDL (right, sitting) along with other high officials from both MetLife and FDL.
